This role covers all aspects of the Operational Management Information. Preparation, sending and maintenance of monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and analysis packs. Preparation of ad-hoc report requests and development of existing packs, processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage written and verbal development requests, working with CSM's/ Clients within the business to ensure optimum outcome.
- Ensure that all elements of DST data security and transfer policies are followed
- Assists team members in problem solving
- Creates and maintains accurate documentation of procedures and methods, applying change control where required.
- Communicates and negotiates outcomes with internal DST users and management company contacts.
- Carries out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
