This role is part of our Platform Servicing Team (Transaction Processing) based in our Basildon location.

It is a technical, interesting and dynamic department with multiple administrative processes undertaken.

Our Senior Associates perform investigations into transactions that have been placed incorrectly and complete corrective activities to resolve the issue.

They issue written correspondence to our customers and also communicate directly via telephone.

They record and report regulatory errors using the appropriate reporting tools.

They investigate complaints on behalf of the customers and provide detailed reports to outline the root cause, impact and remediation activities.

They produce Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reports.

You will receive training on a variety of processes completed by different business areas to enable you to fulfill the role.

You will develop professional internal and external relationships.
