This unique & field based role will allow you to take personal responsibility to see issues are highlighted and seen through to resolution whilst you build and ensure our current level and standard of customer service is exceptional to our client. You will be based from the Bristol Hub however you will be expected to travel and be predominantly field based covering Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Newbury and Solent. In this professional role you will be fully supported and given full product and transaction training specialising in Pension & Life Assurance.

Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

As a Partner Relationship Manager you will use your skills and knowledge to provide support to our client via face to face meetings, email and telephone. We are looking for the right candidate who likes to be "out & about", arranging appointments with clients and constantly thinking about how you can resolve any issues and helping build the client relationship even further. You will be based in our client's hub in Bristol allowing excellent working relationships between yourself and the Partners based in this office.

  • Manage effective relationships whilst communicating effectively with all key contacts at appropriate business locations
  • Initiate and attend office/ client visits and location meetings, strengthening existing relationships with key stakeholders and also establishing new networks/relationships
  • You will commit to personally putting the Client and the Partners first, demonstrating a 'can do' attitude and providing an excellent and bespoke customer experience at all times.
  • Respond to same day to email enquiries from Partners and contacts at appropriate business locations
  • Work alongside and utilise the skills of internal support staff to resolve any client issues in a swift manor.
  • You will commit to be proactive and try to pre-empt any issues ensuring great service
  • To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

We would like the successful candidate to have a background in stakeholder management or have been in a previous role where relationship building skills were used. The individual will enjoy developing professional relationships and be proactive in creating an unforgettable customer experience for our clients.   • Comply with the regulatory regimes in which DST operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role.

The Skills Required:

  • A good team player with a "can do" attitude with the ability to work with others to provide an excellent customer service and experience.
  • Evidence of being in a previous role where communication and relationship management is a key skill.
  • Enjoy building relationships
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
  • Appropriate product knowledge substantiated by relevant product tests
  • Excellent communication skills with ability coach effectively, mentor and give feedback when required.
  • Act as a point of technical reference for others to refer to for help guidance and support
  • Shows flexibility and is always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the business, Partner and client
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment and self-motivation to work within deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Building relationships
  • Educated to Higher level or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience in the financial services industry (desirable)
