Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer queries, questions and concerns around the products and services.
  • Deliver great customer service where being patient, having empathy and building rapport with your customer are central to the call.
  • Corresponding with customers through email.
  • Create clear notes on customers' accounts with relevant details.
  • Liaise with other team members and colleagues.

    Inhouse Training
    For your first 4 - 6 weeks with us, you will go through a full training program learning our systems, products, services and how we work with our customers.

    Working Hours

    Full Time Role - 37.5 hours

    Shift work between 8am and 8pm. Only 1-2 weeks of 12-8pm in every 12-16 weeks.

    Most other shifts are 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6

    (During training your hours of work will be 9am - 5pm)

    Skills you require

  • You will have excellent communication skills and a clear telephone voice.
  • You will have the ability able to work independently whilst working in a team.
  • You will be a team player who will ideally have the desire to help others.
  • Ability to work under pressure with an energetic and flexible attitude
  • Excellent verbal, numeric and keyboard skills
  • Good MS application skills

    Ideally we would like you to have:

    Previously worked in a Customer Service role or Contact Centre role

    A Financial or Corporate Background
