Main Responsibilities

Our contact centre is responsible for servicing our leading investment clients and their customers. In this role you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone queries form a wide variety of callers such as financial advisors, investors and other financial institutions.

From day one you will learn about our process and you will be given all the support you need to do your job efficiently and make the customer experience a memorable one.

Upon joining us you will undergo a company induction and then will enter into a 6-12 week training programme where you will learn all there is to know about our process. You will be given all the tools you need to respond to queries promptly and efficiently. Once your training is completed and you are working autonomously, you will still receive support from the team around you should you need it.

Ideal Candidate
