Our Call Centre is not like any other. We are responsible for servicing leading investment clients, and their customers, answering technical enquiries on Investment products. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, attention to detail and our drive to be the best we can be. We are passionate about what we do and therefore looking for people that have excellent customer service skills from a technical/fast paced environment, a high level of attention to detail, but most of all a passion to learn our business and provide the best customer experience possible.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone queries form a wide variety of callers, and support account servicing questions, where multitasking skills are put to the test. There is a technical element to this role, but our full training programme will cover everything you need to know. all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn.

This is a fast paced role that will provide you with a fantastic understanding of the Investment industry, and strengthen your customer service skills.

Ideal Candidate

  • Customer services experience, either face to face or over the phone within a fast paced environment, ideally with a technical or financial aspect to it.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to learn how to respond to complex customer queries
  • Organised and able to work on own initiative when required
  • Experience of learning in house systems
  • Ability to work quickly, under pressure
