Our Call Centre is responsible for servicing our leading investment clients, and their customers. We are passionate about what we do and therefore looking for people that have excellent customer service, a high level of attention to detail, but most of all a passion to learn our business and provide the best customer experience possible.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone queries form a wide variety of callers, and support account servicing questions.

Within this role you will gain a great understanding of the different areas of the business, having to be aware of a great number of different processes and procedures across the organisation, whilst gaining a great understanding of the Investment Indsutry.

Ideal Candidate

  • Customer services experience, either face to face or over the phone
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to learn how to respond to complex customer queries
  • Organised and able to work on own initiative when required
